She was awaiting trial in November for allegedly killing the pair's son Kyon Jones after accidentally rolling on top of him while high on angel dust. After discovering her son was dead, she allegedly wrapped him in a blanket and threw him in the trash. She was originally charged with murder and evidence tampering, but the murder charge was dropped after authorities were unable to locate the body.

Donald Trump, 75, returned to social media for the first time in more than a year. Carolina Ayala said on Wednesday that a woman accused of kidnapping her son on Monday, Yesenia Ramirez, 43, approached her at church when she was nine months pregnant and befriended her. Ayala's son Brandon Cuellar, aged three months, was snatched from his grandmother's house on Monday, and held for 20 hours until police tracked him down at the home of Jose Roman Portillo, 28. Portillo and Ramirez appeared in court on Thursday and are being held without bail. They will return to court at noon Friday.

Luis Medina, 30, was taken into custody Saturday for allegedly stabbing a 41-year-old woman during a domestic dispute in the area of East Gun Hill Road in The Bronx, according to the NYPD. Medina is then seen on video attacking a nurse and then jumping out of the hospital bed with his wrist still handcuffed to the bed as he attempts to slash at the cop. Medina faces multiple assault charges and criminal possession of a weapon, according to the NYPD.

The family of a California woman killed in a fatal crash after the teen driver recklessly plowed his Lamborghini SUV into her vehicle while speeding nearly 100mph after running a red light, have reached an $18.85 million settlement. Brandon Khuri, the driver of the vehicle and the son of real estate mogul James Khuri, was racing the $200,000 Urus in a 35-mph zone on a West Los Angeles freeway, when he crashed into a Lexus driven by Monique Muñoz, 32. The settlement marks one of the largest amounts for a single plaintiff in a wrongful death case in California history, according to the family's lawyer. 'Today is a significant milestone because the Muñoz family can finally get some closure for this horrific tragedy,'' attorney Daniel Ghyczy said in a statement on Wednesday, NBC Los Angeles reported. He continued: 'The family faced numerous hurdles from both private insurance companies and the L.A. District Attorney's office, and experienced the harsh realities of racism and bias against those from underserved communities.'

A mother-of-eight has revealed she was pregnant every year for 12 years while growing her family. Kora Duke, 38, from Las Vegas, was pregnant for the first time in 2000, when she was 16 years old, and gave birth to a total of nine children, eight of whom survived. The quick succession of the children meant she was pregnant for at least part of the year until 2012. No injuries have been reported, but it remains unclear who exactly the couple is. Other bear sightings have been reported around Central Florida since the start of the year, growing local residents wary of bumping into the wild animals. The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) says that up to 6,000 bear-related calls are received per year. Only 15 incidents of people suffering moderate-to-serious injuries in the area have been reported in over 50 years

On Wednesday, Scruggs shared in her own Instagram post that their son underwent tongue-tie laser surgery this week. A tongue-tie is a congenital condition that restricts the tongue's range of motion.
